EE Small Business Application – Sole Traders and Small Partnerships

If you are a FreeClix Partner and your SIM application form relates to a hardware purchase, please enter the hardware order number in the relevant box on the form to enable us to link them. Please ensure your hardware order is placed before completing this form.

A spend cap is an option you can choose to limit how much you spend on top of your monthly plan. A spend cap is a simple way you can take control of your charges and avoid unexpected bills. If you don’t wish to have a spend cap applied, you can opt-out. Please be aware by opting out you may incur excessive overage charges above and beyond your tariff.
