EE Small Business Online Transactions

All SIMs advertised as EE Small Business SIMs are subject to the following terms & conditions

  1. FreeClix is an Authorised EE stockist. It is not part of the EE brand.
  2. Where SIM is advertised as EE Small Business SIM, your airtime service contract is with EE directly. 
  3. You have the option to provide a PAC/ STAC code in order to transfer/ cancel a mobile number from another provider.
  4. If you migrate a connection from Orange or T-Mobile to EE, you will be unable to revert back to your previous brand.
  5. Prices shown are all ex vat and are subject to an annual price increase in March of each year.
  6. You can control your out of bundle spending by adding a Spend Cap your mobile contract. You will be asked to give a spend cap amount and this will be confirmed to you in writing before you sign any EE contract.
  7. Access Charges work number ranges 118, 084, 087 and 09 are listed as two charges on the your EE bill – an Access Charge (AC) – charged by EE, as pence per minute and a Service Charge (SC) – charged by the organisation the you are calling, who is also responsible for communicating to you how much this is.
  8. Your first bill might be higher than your normal bill if your new service starts midway through the billing cycle because we’ll charge you for the partial month and the following full month in advance. After that, your bills will just cover each month in advance.

EE Small Business Sales Incentives

  1. When you come to FreeClix websites via specific advertising links, you may be eligible for cashback.

  4. When you order an EE Small Business SIM only tariff, we will confirm the cashback value to you in writing.
  5. You are eligible to claim cashback on valid 24 month term SIMs 90 days after connection/upgrade. You must make your claim within 12 months of the connection/ upgrade. 
  6. We will send you a link to a form to claim your cashback. You simply need to provide us with the company name and SIM phone number. We will then make a payment into the bank account from which your EE direct debit payment is taken.
