Unlimited Data with EE Small Business

Our Unlimited data plans from EE come with unlimited texts, minutes & data. They are a suitable plan for any business broadband or mobile phone use.

We will set up your EE contract for you so you don’t have to! 

All EE Unlimited tariffs come with a fair use policy of 1000GB per month. This is not the same as a data cap, it’s more of a guide as to what usage EE deem as acceptable. Please enquire for full terms and conditions.

To get an EE Small Business plan you must apply as either a sole-trader, limited company or partnership.

 

Unlimited Data with O2 & Vodafone

We have ‘All You Need’ Unlimited Voice & Data SIMs from Vodafone and O2 available on 30 day rolling, 12 month or 24 month tenures.

You can use them in smartphones, tablets, and other 4G broadband devices. They will work in unlocked devices or devices locked to the respective networks.

Pre-Paid 30 day SIMs

If you need a data SIM but don’t want to commit to a contract, this is the option for you! 

Ideal for temporary requirements, our pre-paid SIMs allow you to purchase a SIM up front for a 30 day period with no strings attached. The SIM will simply deactivate at the end of the 30 day period.

If you find that you need the SIM for longer than expected, there’s no need to panic. You do have the option to purchase an extension to keep your SIM active & working until you no longer need it.

These are available from the Vodafone and O2 mobile network.

We also have a variety of PAYG SIMs from all available carriers. They offer you the most flexibility and control over your spending and data use.

FAQs

How many GB is Unlimited data with EE Small Business?

An unlimited plan from EE provides you with unlimited data use, in other words there is no data cap applied to the SIM.

However, there is a 1000GB fair use policy which is in place to give you a guide on what EE considers to be ‘fair’ usage. If EE find you to be frequently using over 1000GB in consecutive months, they do reserve the right to investigate your data use. 

Is there a Fair Use Policy for a Vodafone or O2 Unlimited plan?

Yes, a Vodafone or O2 ‘All You Need’ Unlimited plan also comes with a fair use policy of 650GB.

There is no data cap on the SIMs, the fair use policy is there as a usage guide. 

Does Unlimited data with EE Small Business have a limit?

No, technically there is no data limit on an Unlimited plan from EE. You have an unlimited data allowance.

However, as stated above there is a fair use policy of 1000GB which is a good idea to keep an eye on when using these SIMs. The policy is only relevant if you exceed the 1000Gb on a regular basis.

If I’m not on an Unlimited SIM can I top up my data?

Yes, for an extra cost you can apply data ‘bolt ons’ to top up your data if you think you are going to need more than your monthly data allowance. 

Do I pay EE or FreeClix for my data SIM?

FreeClix can either set up your monthly SIM plan directly EE for you, or you can buy your SIM from us direct. 

Do you provide mobile handsets?

Yes! We can provide deals on handsets, just get in touch to see what we can offer! Or if you’re looking for a full phone service then take a look at our VoIP service. 

Do you provide mobile phone repairs?

No, we do not provide a repair service for handsets. If your tablet or phone breaks, you will need to find an alternative service provider to help you fix this.

Can I get a Fixed IP SIM card?

We supply 4G/5G fixed IP SIM cards. We can provide Static Public IP addressing without the expense of a Fixed IP sim card. 

How can I check my mobile service status?

The carrier websites provide network status checkers which will give an indication of all reported issues happening in any particular area. All you need to do is enter your postcode. See all the mobile network status links here
